About the event
Run for the Honey 10k run and 2 mile walk. Monday, September 3, 2018. The event is sponsored in conjunction with the Breathitt County Honey Festival. The event begins and ends at LBJ Elementary School. The 10k run circles scenic Panbowl Lake and the 2 mile walk winds around Hwy 15 in Jackson Kentucky. Registration opens at 7:00 a.m. and the participants leave the start line at 8:00 a.m. Early registration is encouraged and discounted at $20 per person. Event day registration is $25. T-shirts are guaranteed if registered prior to August 20, 2018 and limited the day of the event.
