Run an individual run in your own time & pace on our professionally designed course through Washington D.C. (5K, 10K, or 13.1 Half Marathon) or at any destination of your choice. Time yourself with our included digital fitness tracking watch (no phone or app required), and get your results posted online.

Please note this is a self-coordinated / self-paced training run on your own time (with no setup. You can run anywhere at anytime, before or after your package arrives. We also have designed course maps on our website if you wish to use one in your area! Once complete, we can post your results online to our website www.runforthemedal.com

Sign Up 1 week prior to your run to receive your package before your run. You can still signup and run up until your run date, but your package may arrive after your run.

All items will be mailed directly to your home so NO package pickup is required! The medal will be shipped separately and will arrive around the same time as your Swag Bag!

Swag Bag can only be sent to US addresses.

Please note that this is a SELF-COORDINATED run with no setup, chip-timing, or coordinators on-site. Your time will be self-recorded, submitted, and posted on our website after your run.


If you choose to follow one of our listed routes, please refer to the map which will be listed on our website one week prior to your race. We do not provide GPS tracking or send the map routes to your mobile devices. Please be aware of your own safety during your runs.


Please ensure your all your sign-up and delivery address details listed are correct. A $20.00 resend fee will apply if a resend is required due to incorrect delivery details.
