About the event
The 4th annual Run for Veterans 5K/10K is a fun and safe race for all participants. The race will be held on Saturday, September 7th. Registration opens at 8:00 am, the race will begin at 9:00 am. There is a $25 dollar entry fee; food, water, and T-shirts will be provided. The race is a timed event with medals. The course is an out and back on the Columbia Bypass. Volunteers will be on the course, with water stations at the 1.5 and 3.0 mile turn around points. The proceeds of the event will benefit VFW Post 6097 and the local community.
