Just about everyone in HoUSton was either personally affected by Hurricane Harvey or knows someone who was affected. Houstonians and people across the country have been donating their money and time to help friends, families and strangers during the recovery. The RUN HOUSTON STRONG, fun run, will help raise money for kids and families displaced by Hurricane Harvey and living in shelters through our Houston local partner, HOMEMADE HOPE. It will also bring the community together to have a little fun during a time when fun has not been prevalent. The net proceeds from the RUN HOUSTON STRONG will be donated to HOMEMADE HOPE a 501 © (3) nonprofit .
The RUN HOUSTON STRONG event will be a 5k and 10k run that will start at Stude Park, 1031 Stude St. Houston, TX 77007, and run along the White Oak Bayou Greenway Trail.
