Run Like a Maverick 5K

Join us on Sunday, May 5 in Medfield, MA to run or walk the 5K, 1 Mile Race, or Kids' Fun Run. Runners and walkers are welcome, and the course is stroller friendly! The 5K course is USATF certified (#MA15028JK).

Be sure to stick around afterwards for homemade pancakes cooked by family, friends, and Elizabeth's favorite nurse, Liz. Of course, there will be entertainment too - music, an obstacle course, and bouncy house - and other fun family activities!

 

Registration Timeline

Friday, April 19     Last day to register and get a free race t-shirt!

                               Registration fees are $35 (5K) & $20 (1Mile).

Monday, April 29  Online Registration Deadline (no t-shirt)!

Sunday, May 5      Day of Race Registration will be available beginning at 8am. Registration fees will increase to $40 (5K) and $25 (1Mile) the day of the race.

 

Race Day Details Check in starts at 8AM 5K Kickoff at 9AM Pancake Breakfast - Runners eat free! $5 each for non-runners.

 

Fundraising

Will you consider fundraising and increasing your donation to the Elizabeth Schickel Foundation? Any participant who commits to raising $100 or more will have their registration fee REFUNDED! To take advantage of this opportunity:

·       On the "Fundraiser" page click "Become a Fundraiser" ·       Select  "I want to receive a refund for a portion of my event registration fee if I raise at least $100.00." ·       Choose a fundraising goal (can be more than $100 if you'd like!) ·       Create a custom URL & personal message to display on your page.  ·       Send the URL to family and friends! ·       You will be charged the registration fee at the time of registration but it will be refunded AFTER you hit the $100 minimum.
