Run Like a Mother MOTIVATES AND MOVES YOU!
We are every woman, from every walk or run of life, gathering together for one day to celebrate who we are and what we do. Women. Whether you are a mother or not, we celebrate together on Mother's Day with a 5k road race and a one-mile kid's fun run. Join us Sunday, May 13th, 2018. Registration for the 5k is open to women 10+. 

.All participants will receive a women's fit tech tee, eco-friendly tote bag, and finisher's medal.  Finishers will receive a flower at the finish line.  Run Like a Mother is sanctioned as a women's specific 5k road race. Please note that only women 12 years old and up are eligible for awards, and that the tech-tee available to participants is only available in a women's-specific cut. 

PLEASE NOTE: THERE ARE NO REFUNDS, TRANSFERS, OR DEFERRALS FOR THIS RACE. Race is held rain or shine.

Two weekly training programs for novices and beginners are offered when you sign up for the 5k! For just $45, you can choose Sunday afternoons (first session is March 31 due to the holiday) at Ridgefield High School, or Wednesday mornings starting April 4 at Ridgefield Running Company.  Groups will be coached by certified running coaches and will feature:

Weekly in-person group training sessions Enthusiastic pace leaders to motivate and guide you Full 5k training plans lead by RRCA certified coaches, with access to those coaches for questions and support A closed Facebook group to share triumphs and celebrations
