Run the World 5K

Run the World 5K is a race organized by the colleges within Kent State University and the Office of Global Education. It will be part of a weekend of events raising money for study abroad scholarships.

The inaugural Run the World 5K will take place Saturday, September 12, 2015 at 8:30 am. The start and finish line will be at Risman Plaza (in between the Student Center and University Library) at Kent State.

Kent State Students: Registration for the race will also include you in a chance to win one of twenty-five $1,000 scholarships toward a study abroad experience. The study abroad program must be a Kent State or exchange program. See the Office of Global Education to determine if your interested program qualifies. Students must register for the race to be qualified.
