Run with the Cows

Sixth annual Run with the Cows 5K professionally certified and timed (by Trivium Racing, Inc.) trail run will be held on Sunday, September 29, 2019 at the Chinqua-Penn Walking Trail near Reidsville, NC.  Check in 1:30 p.m., 1 mile Kids Fun Run 2:00 p.m., 5K 3:00 p.m.  Pre-registration is $25 until 9/19/2019, then $30. Kids run free with adult registration, $10 without.  Pre-register either online or mail in flyer.  Trail just west of 2138 Wentworth St., Reidsville, NC GPS: (36.382734, -79.703128).  All finishers get a cowbell.  Cash prizes awarded.  Gravel trail winds beside pastures, two ponds, and a creek, up and down mild hills, and through woods with historic structures.  More information at www.chinquapenntrail.org.
