Terrain: Spikes can be worn at the runner's discretion.
Awards: Top 3 in each race, and top 3 teams
Event Schedule: (Subject to Change): 9:30 AM - Men's 5k, 10:15 AM - Women's 5k

-The course has already been reserved for 9/22/18
-The mens 5k may be changed to an 8k depending on interest
Registration Information:Registration opens on August 1, 2018
Registration closes on September 15, 2018 at 11:59pm
Cost: $15 per runner or $450 per team.
Checks payable to: Cross Country/Track Club of NCSU

Eligibility: This is a QUALIFYING event.
All competitors are student members of a NIRCA member club.
An individual runner's participation in this event meets one of the qualifying criteria to race at Nationals.
