Runwell 5K

Mark your calendar now for the much anticipated 2nd Annual Runwell 5K scheduled for Saturday, June 15th, 2019.  The setting at Glacier Ridge Metro Park offers a great scenic venue for today’s runner to celebrate and embrace their all-important healthy lifestyle.

Best of all, through your participation, you become a part of the solution to the ever growing problem afflicting every community – that of addiction and mental illness. The epidemic we are facing can only be solved with resources combining your dollars and your time commitment.
