Ryegate Fire Dept. Tracy Martin Memorial Run 5 K and 1 mile

3.1 miles (5K) winding through the town of Ryegate and outskirt farms, with about 30 % pavement with the remainder being gravel roads and dirt paths along creek.  The 1 mile will be all pavement to facilitate wheel chairs etc.  Cost is $25.00 for 5k and 20 for 1 mile.  Tee shirt included. Giveaway items also at end of race provided by Time Out Sports who has generously sponsored all our races. 100% of all proceeds go to a local family in serious need of medical assistance.  This race is put on by the Ryegate Volunteer Fire Department.
