Safe Voices 5K Run/Walk to End Domestic Violence

JOIN US:  Saturday, June 3rd at Bates College For the annual Safe Voices 5k to End Domestic Violence!
  Join us for a fun-filled day as we raise funds to support our mission: To support and empower those affected by Domestic Violence and engage the community in creating social change in Androscoggin, Oxford, and Franklin Counties.   Gather at Bates College near the Commons (located off Central Ave). 5k 1 Mile Kids Fun Run (FREE! Day-of sign up only.)   
-Credit card/cash/check will all be accepted for Safe Voices registration, donations, and merchandise.   -There will be free refreshments for all runners and walkers.    PRICING:  5K = $25   1 Mile = $20 

-Pre-Registration will continue until 5/31, and then you will have to wait until race day to sign up in person. 

-Day of prices will be $30 (for the 5K) and $25 (for the 1 Mile).

-Special pricing: $5 off for kids 12 and under anytime they register for the 5K or 1 Mile events.  

-Kid's fun run (just under 1/2 mile) is another option. That race is free and has no pre-registration required.  Just sign up in person the day of the event.

-All registrants will receive an event t-shirt! 

-Register by 5/1 to ensure you get your requested size.

 

PACKET PICK-UP:  Packet Pickup will be Friday, June 2nd, from 3:30pm-6:30pm at Safe Voices Administrative Offices (484 Main Street, Lewiston.)  Plenty of Free Parking available off Riverside Street.   You can also pick up your packet the morning of the race at Bates College anytime between 8am and 8:50am.   RACE DAY PARKING:  The best place for runners/walkers to park will be the big, Athletics facilities parking lot off of Russell St.  Follow signs to Athletics Facilities. It's then a short walk to where registration/check-in will be, right next to the start line. Refer to the 5K Map (above) for more information.    DAY OF SCHEDULE: Stay Tuned for Details!   NO BAG DROP OFF ON RACE DAY: We encourage you to have a friend or family member hold your items during your race, as we are not responsible for lost or stolen items and will not have a designated bag drop off at our event.   Question please contact:

Packet Pickup

Race Packets can be picked up at Safe Voices administrative offices located at 484 Main St, Lewiston on Thursday 6/1 from 11am-1pm and Friday 6/2 from 4pm-6pm.
