Santa Run for Education 5K

New this year!  A two-mile walk, for those of you who want to join in all the festivities but would prefer a bit shorter distance.

The Santa Run for Education 5k run and 2-mile walk will begin on Babcock behind the Willson Gym at 404 W. Main Street in Bozeman, MT. The Willson Gym will highlight sponsors, activities and refreshments before and after the race.

Packet pick up will be December 6th from 12:00 pm - 6:00 pm at Stockman Bank on Kagy and S. 19th, Bozeman. Day of run registration and packet pickup will be from 8:00 am to 9:45 am on December 7th in the Willson Gym. Santa Hats are one size fits all. Costumes are encouraged!

All participants who register will have the option to purchase a long sleeve dry fit race t-shirt and Santa Hat upon registration. T-Shirt sizes are guaranteed if ordered on or before Friday, November 16th. T-Shirt sizes are NOT guaranteed if ordered between Nov. 17th and Dec. 7th!

The route will take runners in a loop from Babcock down 8th towards MSU, then over Kagy and back up Willson to end again on Babcock. Walkers will proceed in a loop also, starting on Babcock, then south on 8th, down Alderson to Willson, and back to the Willson gym.  

The 5K is a chip-timed race with prizes within age groups; the 2mi walk is timed but there are no awards.  We will award $1,000 to PACs of the top 3 participating schools in the Gallatin Valley, including Belgrade, Manhattan, Monforton, Gateway, and more! The run is hosted by the Bozeman Schools Foundation.  

New this year:  Become a fundraiser and all funds you raise will be split 50/50 between the Bozeman Schools Foundation and the school you choose during registration.  Raise $100 and your race fee will be refunded, raise $150 and you will be entered into a raffle for cool prizes, all to benefit PUBLIC education in the Gallatin Valley!

Pre-registration for those 6 and older is $15; late registration (day of packet pick-up and race) is $25. Children 5 and under are free, but please do register them.

No refunds on registration fees. No exceptions. Please, no dogs! Strollers welcome. If extreme weather conditions are present, the race organizer reserves the right to cancel.
