Santa's Dash For Cash

The Downtown Billings Alliance is proud to present the Santa's Dash for Cash! Where at the end of the race, every single runner gets an Elf Envelope with "cash" prizes! EVERYONE is a Winner!!

Everyone makes it on the "nice list!" Some of you will even make it to the really-nice list and will receive $100 in cold hard cash, $20 in cold hard cash or $25 in gift cards to local restaurants.

Today is all about getting Santa ready for his long Christmas Eve journey! You will join hundreds of other Festive Holiday Characters and make your dash for cash along the parade route in Downtown Billings! This "Dash for Cash" is the preamble to annual Billings Holiday Parade! The race starts with the lighting of the Christmas Tree.

This race is for every single family member (except the 4-legged furry ones) with family pricing! The parade route is less than 1 mile long (.71 to be precise), so even those with the shortest legs will have a jolly ol' time! Thank 

Dress up like your favorite holiday character or bring out your favorite holiday outfit! Don't own a holiday suit? That's ok, the race shirts this year are Santa or Elf Themed! We've also thrown in a hat to match! What's your favorite holiday character? Rudolp? An Elf? Scrooge? A snowman? Pick your favorite, dress up, grab the whole family and we'll see you at the dash!

The first two people across the finish line receive some extra fun goodies!

Finisher food consists of hot chocolate, candy canes and cookies!! Just what Santa, himself, ordered!

Be sure to stay for the Billings Holiday Parade after you dash! The one true Santa will be there as he makes his annual trip to Billings as he helps us kick off our hoiday season!

Parking

Event Parking is all around the downtown area. Please consult the Downtown Billings Association website regarding info on the parade and suggested driving and parking routes.

Packet Pickup

Packet pick up will ONLY be available the day of the event from 5:00pm to 6:15pm at the First Congregational United Church of Christ, which is right where the race starts!  Yes, you can also sign up during that time, but it costs more, so sign up online before noon on race day!!

SWAG

You get: Cotton Holiday, Logo'd Santa or Elf Shirt and matching hat and an envelope following the race with a special "cash" or gift card prize! Every envelope has a prize and every runner gets one! The minimum amount is a $5 gift card to local business located right in Downtown Billings! The largest prize will be $100, cold hard cash!!
