About the event

Seize the Day 5k is a family friendly event which raises money to benefit The Epilepsy Foundation of MO & KS. We need your help to continue the fight to stop seizures. One in 26 people are diagnosed with epilepsy. It is estimated to affect  one in 54 people in Greene County. Please help us win the fight for people in our community that are challenged with seizures.

The Seize the Day 5K run and 1 mile walk is a family friendly event starting at Jordan Valley Park in downtown Springfield, MO.
