Sensory World 5K Walk/Run/Family Fun Day

The Sensory World Memphis Autism and Special Needs 5K will benefit BROWN MISSIONARY BAPTIST CHURCH SPECIAL NEEDS PROGRAM this year . This event began in 2013 and is now a popular family event that hundreds of families look forward to every fall. Runners and non-runners alike enjoy live music, delicious local food, the area’s largest Autism Information & Resource Fair, and free Kid-Zone. The 2018 race was a huge success with approximately 600 participants! We are currently planning the 2019 race for Saturday October 5, at Bert Ferguson Community Center Park and anticipate at least as many participants this year. If orders are not placed a month in advance, sizes may not be available and will have to be placed on a back order. The number of families in our care is rising daily, and we have an exciting plan for the future.
