About the event
Come out for a low key/no frills loopy 5k or 1 mile run/walk to support the Roxbury Community College Foundation as an Official Charity Program for the 2018 Boston Marathon in partnership with the Town of Beacon Falls. Please know that this is a low key and no-frills event. No shirts or swag just a fun time with friends to help support a fellow runner and good cause. The event will be hand timed and results posted on coolrunnings.com.
Where: Pent Road Complex - 100 Pent Road. Beacon Falls, CT
When: 1/27/18 at noon
Cost (suggested donation): $20 adults $10 ages 18-12 $5 ages 11 and under
Registration: Day of race and online will also be available
Why? Donations will go to support Rick Shoup who is represent the Roxbury Community College Foundation as a member of their 2018 Boston Marathon charity program! The RCCF is a 501 (c)(3) organization whose purpose is to raise private funds to support the education opportunities for the students, programs, and projects of Roxbury Community College including the Media Arts Center and the Reggie Lewis Track & Athletic Center.
