Shred Shed: Fall Fitness Challenge Group Run

Looking for a Halloween or Festive Run this Fall Season? This will be a group fun run throughout the Village of Dundee with our awesome community! Costumes are welcome! Runners & Walkers are welcome!

If you are looking to run shorter or longer, please let me know! :)

Our Group Run will be at the Shred Shed on October 26th at 10am and starts on Main & Macon! I will have bibs & timing system for those trying to improve their 5K time, you are part of the Shred Shed Fitness Challenge or if it is your 1st 5K! Just know, the course will be marked however roads are not closed off and traffic still goes on. The course runs on sidewalks and low key roads. This is why it is considered as a group run. :)

*When there are no sidewalks to run on, we run on the opposite side of the road. ;)

This is group run is designed for my Shred Shed: Fall Fitness Challengers to celebrate all of their hard work from the month of October Challenge. I decided to make it open to ALL to celebrate our awesome community and to get people active! Let’s have some fun! This event is free.

Post Run Snacks – I will have some post run snacks – Apple Cider, Donuts, Apples ect. (All about balance) :) If you feel like bringing a snack to share, that would be great! ;)
