Join SJEI’s first annual Race for Trees event to support SJEI and our trees the week of Arbor Day!
Race for Trees is a celebration of planting, nurturing, and supporting nature’s beautiful gift to us all – trees! As champions of social and environmental justice in engineering, SJEI recognizes the incredible impact trees have on our urban environments and neighborhoods. Trees not only improve the air we breathe or the water we drink, they reduce storm water runoff, reduce pollutants, and transform leftover pollutants into less harmful substances.
