South Nyack Ten Miler

Race day schedule:
7:00-7:45 Check-in for Children's Runs
7:00-8:00 Check-in for 10 Miler
8:15AM - Children's Runs (exact time varies by age)
8:30AM - 10 Miler Starts

Course:
USATF-Certified 10 miles on scenic out/back along the Hudson River. Begins and ends at Franklin Street Park in South Nyack. Runs down to Piermont and out onto the mile-long Piermont Pier; turnaround is at the end of the pier.

COURSE WILL CLOSE AT 11AM (2:30 from the start).  For everyone's safety, police recommend that all runners finish by that time.

Amenities:
Food, refreshments, and post-race raffle prizes at the finish
Tee shirts (guaranteed to pre-registered entrants only)

Awards:
Citizen Watch to overall male and female winners
Top 3 male and female winners (removed from age group awards)
Male and female Masters (over 40) winners
Medals to top 3 male and female in all age groups

Age groups:
19 & under, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70+
Kids Run: medals to all finishers (no shirt)

Fees:
10 Miler pre-register: $30 for RRR members, $35 for non-members
10 Miler late registration: $40 for all runners
Children's Runs $3 (does not include T-shirt)

Race Packet Pickup & Late Registration:
Saturday, September 9th, 12 Noon to 3PM. Dick's Sporting Goods, Palisades Mall. Late Registration is available for $40 (for everyone). Race shirts guaranteed to pre-registered runners only.

Pre-registered runners can pick up their race materials at the starting line on race day before 7:30AM.
