The SpeakUp5k San Diego is part of the SpeakUp5k race series. The purpose of this race is to raise awareness of teenage depression and anxiety in a fun and active way. The race takes place at the Embarcadero Marina. This is a 5k race for EVERYONE! Whether you walk, jog, or run, we want you to join us as we end the stigma of mental illness!
