Calling all athletes, ghouls, and couch pumpkins!
Join us for a wonderful fall celebration at the renowned Konow’s Pumpkin Farm! Run, skip, slither, or walk through the Konow’s corn maze for a spooky 3.1 miles and then enjoy the rest of the day on the beautiful farm enjoying hay rides, the animal barn, and other amusements. All finishers receive an apple cider and a mini pumpkin souvenir—and a gorgeous fall day at the pumpkin patch as part of the Spooky Sprint. Part of the proceeds will go to benefit American Veterans Helping Veterans.

*Spectators and guests not participating in the 5k race will need to pay the $10 admission fee at the door to watch the race and receive admission to the farm. Military spectators receive free admission to the farm.
