About the event
Celebrate the start of spring with us at the Spring Fling 5K/10K. You choose your division - a 5K run/walk or 10K run. When you get back, we'll have a pancake breakfast waiting for you featuring pure Vermont maple syrup from a local sugar house.
The course will be an out-and-back course either following Harbor Road, or going down Harbor Road and the Ti Path if the weather permits. In any case, the course is relatively flat on a somewhat quiet street.
Commemorative t-shirts are available for $15 if ordered by April 8, 2020 or while supplies last. We do not generally order extras for race day.
