Spring into Health 5K Walk/Run

**NOTE:  We are unable to accept online payment at the moment, please register here (by April 14th) so we can get your shirt sizes.  We will collect your entry fee on race day.  Please bring cash. **

Have Cabin Fever?  Come out & shake off those winter blues!  
Join us for a community 5K Fun Run/Walk to promote wellness and healthy living! 

Other Activities include:
- 1K Walk for kids and non-runners
- Friendly 5-on-5 Flag Football (for age 14+)
- Health Information tables (Blood pressure screening, cancer screening, and more)

Prizes will be awarded:
- 1st place Male & Female 5K Finishers 
- Winning Flag Football team
- Raffle (based on race bibs)

**UPDATE:  Entrance fee has been REDUCED, thanks to recent partnership with Cleveland Clinic Taussig Cancer Center**
Entrance Fees (include event t-shirt, water, and snacks)
- Age 12 - 19 = $5
- Age 20 - 59 = $10
Funds raised from entrance fees will benefit high school & medical students attending medical conferences
Kids under 12, Adults over 60+ can participate in the event with FREE admission.  We ask that you still sign up.so we can get your t-shirt sizes.
Admission is also FREE for those who just wish to come and experience the health fair. 

Please Sign Up if you plan to participate in Flag Football, 1K, or 5K.  
**We encourage you to register in groups as this will save money on credit card processing fees, which is charged per transaction (not per person)**

Registration Timeline
- Normal registration (3/1 - 4/14) - guarantee t-shirts
- Late registration (4/15 - 4/27) - t-shirts, not guaranteed, based on availability
- Day Of Event registration (4/28) - t-shirts not guaranteed, based on availability. 
Please pay in cash when registering on race day.
