Springtime is in the air and what better way to kick of your Journey to Health then with a 5K or even a 10K? Come join us for a beautiful morning run in the Texas Hill Country on the gorgeous Don Strange Ranch followed by a some fun at the Health & Wellness fair. There will be food, games for the kids, massages, and classes to have a taste of different fitness activities.
