St Rita's February Freeze 5k

Who:  The event is open to St. Rita’s employees, family, and community. All ages are welcome and strollers are encouraged for young children.

Why: To celebrate Heart Month and for kids, teens, adults, and families to engage in physical activity together.  Our mission is to embrace a culture of health and wellness within our own lives and to extend this powerful life enhancing message to all community partners.

What:  5k Run (Outside), 5k Walk (Outside) or 1 Mile Fun Walk (Inside)

Awards: T-shirts will be distributed on race day to all pre-registered participants. Medals will be awarded to the top 3 male and top 3 female 5K runners and 5K walkers. Participants must be registered by Feb. 14, 2020 to be guaranteed a T-shirt. T-shirts may not be available in all sizes for race day registration, must be present on day of race to receive your shirt. (While supplies last.)
