Stars & Stripes on the Square 5K Classic and Family Fun Run

Join us for a fun, fast, and flat 5k race starting and ending on the historic Courthouse Square in Oxford. Run past picturesque Rowan Oak and along the edge of the scenic Ole Miss campus to celebrate our nation’s independence. Bring the whole family (and Fido, too) to participate in the ½-mile Family Fun Run.

All registered participants receive a race number and t-shirt. Prizes awarded to 1st, 2nd and 3rd place finishers, female and male, in each 5-year age group. Water provided along the race route. All participants are invited to enjoy complimentary food and drink after the race and awards will be given complements of one of Oxford's talented artists.

Stars & Stripes on the Square 5K Classic is just one of many fun activities planned for the 4th of July. After the race, join in the L-O-U 4th of July Community Celebration.

All proceeds benefit the homeless animals of the Oxford Lafayette Humane Society.
