STOMP the Monster 5K and Festival

The Stomp the Monster 5K/1 Mile 2020 is going VIRTUAL! Although we cannot physically be together on June 7 like we had hoped, we can still STOMP together! Through this unprecedented time we are continuing to provide meaningful assistance with rent, utilities, phone bills, medical bills, groceries, and gas to patients and their families. We cannot do this without you, our supporters! It is in the true Stomp the Monster spirit to continue our work for patients as well as continue with our highly anticipated 5K/1 Mile events. We hope that you can join us the week of June 1 - June 8th! 

Sign up or become a fundraiser. Our top fundraiser will win a prize!Print the Virtual STM 5K/1 Mile race bib to attach to your clothing (deck yourself in out in some of your sweet STM gear!) Follow these instructions to get you to your printable race bib: https://help.runsignup.com/support/solutions/articles/17000102847-view-pre-race-bibAnytime during race week (June 1-8), pick a safe place to run or walk 3.1 miles or 1 Mile on your own wearing your printed race bib or Stomp the Monster gear. You can use MapMyRun, Strava or any other free app or your GPS watch to help you map a course or time your run. Or use the old-fashioned car odometer and a wrist watch.Run or walk your planned course. Take some photos and celebrate your run! Tag @StomptheMonster on Instagram and Facebook and use the hashtag #STMVirtual5K2020 so we can share your accomplishments! Post your own results (or just indicate that you finished...and hey, we're proud of you for finishing!). We will send you a link for you to upload your results. We will be holding a raffle for everyone who posts a photo of their personal Stomp the Monster race day! Make sure to tag @StomptheMonster and use the hashtag #STMVirtual5K2020 on Instagram and Facebook. 

We at the Stomp the Monster want you to get out and get active to stay healthy...while being safely distanced from others. There is no fee to enter so get your friends and family to do it too (just not all that close together)! Let's STOMP together!
