About the event
In honor of our late friend, Storm McNeill (1962-2018), the Greater Maple Valley Veterans Memorial Foundation (GMVVMF) is proud to host the Second Annual Storm Chase 5k. Storm was widely recognized in the community for his passionate service to others as well as pride in being (forever) a Marine. Proceeds from this event will go towards GMVVMF.
Once the memorial if completed, the foundation will use funding toward stewardship and veteran outreach.
Join us on the beautiful Lake Wilderness Trail in Maple Valley, Washington for this FUN 5k run/walk. This is a "Bring Your Own Water" event! Check in starts at the Maple Valley Community Center at 8:00 a.m.
Packet pickup will be on Friday November 8 at Great White Buffalo Gym @ 23130 224 Pl. SE Suite 103, Maple Valley, Wa 98038 from 5:30-7:30 pm.
