Stride for Pride

5K Run/Walk + 200 meter Kids Dash

The Stride for Pride 5K and Virtual 5K benefit the Human Rights Campaign (HRC).  $5 from each registration will go to HRC and each 5K race registration will include a year membership to HRC. 

Stride for Pride and its beneficiary foundation strive for Pittsburgh to be a community that supports equal rights and equal love. We are so grateful to have the Pittsburgh community rally around this event and hope to create an event that is welcoming to ALL members of this beautiful, colorful community! RACE DAY

7:30AM: race day registration & packet pick-up begins

8:55AM: Kids dash!  

9:00AM: 5K run/walk begins!

VIRTUAL 5K PARTICIPANTS can run or walk anytime/anywhere on June 22-23.

5K IS CHIP TIMED AND COURSE IS MEASURED BY MILES OF SMILES TIMING. 

AWARDS will be given to the top THREE males & females overall in the 5K & to the top male & female MASTERS runner (40+) in the 5K. PLUS awards to the top male and female YOUTH RUNNER (ages 8-14) in the 5K. 

*all kids in the kids dash will receive a special award! 

ALL ENTRANTS for the 5K will receive a shirt (if registered by 6/15). Race day registrants will receive a shirt if quantities allow.

Bananas, cookies, Nuun, food bars and more will be waiting for you at the finish line!

The 5K course map is available at runintended.com. The Kids Dash will be a 200 meter dash. It will start at 8:55 (right before the 5K start!) 5K is chip timed.
