Join us for a 6 or 12 hour race along part of the beautiful cross country course of Strong Rock Christian School! All proceeds of this race will benefit our wonderful friend Annie Randolph to help her with medical bills as she faces her biggest ultra yet, breast cancer.
The course is a 2 mile loop, mostly on dirt and grass, and runs along the Gardner Water Reservoir. Both races will be chip-timed, and the top 3 males and females in each event will receive awards. Everyone who completes at least one loop will receive a finisher award. Also, when you register, you may choose either a hat or a t-shirt. Any extra hats and t-shirts will also be sold at packet pickup and on race day with proceeds going to Annie and family.
The start/finish will be on the soccer field. There will be one main aid station at the start/finish area. The aid station will have Sword hydration drink, water, cola, and various ultra fare. There will also be post race food available. If there is a certain food or drink you prefer, please bring it as we cannot guarantee we will have what everyone likes. You may bring your own tent, chair, and cooler to set up near the start/finish area. Porta potties will be on site.
Packet pickup will be on Friday, May 7th at NEWSole Running from 12-7 p.m. The address is 1315 McDonough Parkway, McDonough, GA 30253. You may also pick up your packet on race morning at the start/finish area from 5:30-6:45 a.m.
To be guaranteed your t-shirt size or your hat, please sign up by April 17, 2021.
You may donate even if you cannot attend the event. We will mail you a t-shirt if you choose to donate $20 or more by April 17, 2021. If you choose the virtual event, we will mail your t-shirt and finisher award to you.
Please no transfers of bibs.
