The Action For Distraction Skeleton 5K Trail Run

For the first time ever, the Action For Distraction 5K is holding a second race, complete with a Halloween twist!  Saturday, October 20th will be our Inaugural Skeleton Trail Run at Central Park in Morris Plains.  In addition to all the fun you've come to love about the Action For Distraction, our Skeleton 5K will have apple cider and donuts at the finish line, a pumpkin patch & decorating station, along with trick-or-treat aid stations along the course!  Money raised will go towards  Bone Health Awarneness and Research!
