The Bradford County DOH Holly Jolly 5k Fun Run/Walk

Come celebrate the holiday season with the Bradford County Department of Health on Friday, December 10th with a 5k Fun Run/Walk! You can either register here online or you may also register in person beginning at 4:30pm the evening of the event! The 5k will begin at 5:30 pm and should end in time for every participant to see the tree lighting ceremony in the square in downtown Starke at 6:45pm. Please be aware that most of the run/walk will be after dark. So wear bright colors, holiday lights (like a battery operated necklace) and/or glow sticks. Have fun with it!

The first 25 participants will get a free drawstring bag full of goodies! There will be no official timer for this event. Anyone under age 18 will need an adult to participate with them. We hope that you will come out and join in on the fun! 

Our route will begin at The Downtown Square and we will start by going down Call St. using the sidewalk, turn right (east) onto S.E. 25th Lane headed to Wilson Rd where we will travel West until we reach Parker Street. Once we reach Parker street we will take a left to travel south and then take a right turn onto Powell street, at the end of Powell street we will take another right and travel North on Colley Road. When we come to the end of Colley Road we will take a left to get back onto the sidewalk on Call St. and make our way back to The Downtown Square where the tree-lighting ceremony will take place after the race!
