The Buddy Run, Benefiting Backpack Buddies

The Carolina Pediatric Dentistry Buddy Run Our Saturday morning run is great way for the whole family to start your day. We are usually done with all events and awards by 9:45am so you still have time to take on whatever your day brings!

There are 4 events in which you can participate:

- 5K Run presented by Discovery Point: out-and-back, chip-timed, USATF-certified and sanctioned course
- 1-Mile Family Walk presented by Vein Care of NC: non-competitive run/walk out-and-back on the first 0.5miles of the 5K course
- Itty Bitty Buddy Dash: free 50’ish yard dash for 6&under runners (t-shirt not included)
- No Run Fun Run: all the perks of being a runner without actually having to run

There is a bounce house for the kids, free face painting, and munchies for the whole family. We ask that everyone who comes to the race please bring 1 food item for our race-day food drive. All proceeds benefit the Northeast Wake Backpack Buddies.
