The Fast and the Furriest - Pomona

Join the Hi-Tor Dog Trotters and the New York Boulders on Sunday, May 24, 2020 for the inaugural running of The Fast and the Furriest 5K. The runners will leave the starting line and shortly after dog owners will follow them on the 5K course with their dogs. Enjoy a beautiful run through the streets of Pomona, finishing inside Boulders Stadium to the cheers of the crowd. Each person registering will receive 2 tickets so after the race stay and enjoy the NY Boulders game with your family and the dog. 

Awards will be as follows: Top 3 overall male and female, Top overall male and female with dogs, Top 3 male and female age groups under 11, 12-14, 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60+. Awards will be given out in between innings of the game.

All proceeds from the event support the Hi-Tor Dog Trotters. The Trotters are part of the Hi-Tor Animal Care Center, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that is dedicated to the care of Rockland County's homeless animals. Funds will be used to help our dogs get the care and services they need to help prepare them for successful adoption.
