The Lonsdale Crawl 5K: Crawl, Walk, Run Against Cancer is entering the 6th year! Registration is $35 per participant. We welcome everyone to register today! You will receive a new Lonsdale Crawl 5K shirt along with a goodie bag full of great deals, fun, and of course... goodies! We are thrilled to have you involved and look forward to cheering you on during your run!
The route can be found HERE and covers the peaceful paths and neighborhoods of Lonsdale!
We hold an Honor Walk from the Lonsdale American Legion to the start line. This is for participants, family, friends and supporters. The walk is done in silence with companionship as we honor those who are our cancer warriors, survivors, and those we walk and run in remembrance of.
