The Paper Chase

Certified 5k course (certification # MI 090225H) Start and finish at the Meridian Township Complex. A race t-shirt will be included in the entry fee for all Participants who register on or before Friday, May 22, 2018.  Participants who register after May 22, 2018 will receive a t-shirt on a first come, first serve basis.

Help us reach our goal of 125 participants this year!  Law firms and legal organizations are encouraged to form teams!  Teams should be a minimum of two people with at least one team member an employee or owner of the firm/organization.  Teams can consist of firm/organization staff, family members, friends!

Awards will be presented to the fastest three (3) overall male and female finishers. Team awards will be presented to the firm/organization team which finishes with the lowest time as determined by averaging the times of its two (2) fastest team members, and to the firm/organization team which has the greatest number of participants!

Proceeds from the race will benefit the Young Lawyers Section of the Ingham County Bar Association which provides networking and educational opportunities to young lawyers and law students at low or no cost. A portion of the proceeds from the race will also benefit Boys and Girls Club of Lansing which provides more than 4,300 children and teens ages 7 to 17 from the Lansing area with physical fitness, recreational and educational activities in a safe environment throughout the school year and summer months!
