The SoCal Pirate Run

Ships Ahoy. Plan to be a part of our pirate invasion at THE PIRATE'S RUN 5K /10K on Saturday, June 22, 2019. This is a chip-timed event with wave starts. Age division and overall awards presented and the BEST EVER custom cast finisher medal for all. Hey mates! we’ll also be raffling off a few hidden treasures are to be found at this event!  No open containers of alcohol allowed at the event or in the State Beach, but drinks can be purchased at SEA LEGS beach cafe adjacent to the race.  Come in your best pirate's attire or wear our event pirate's shirt!

Or sign up or pick up bibs and shirts on race day.

Saturday, June 22nd  (Race Day)
 From 6:30 to 7:35 am at the race site

Awards: 

Top Three Male/Female Awards. There are “In It To Win It” age categories 3 deep with 5 year age spans:
1-10, 11-14, 15-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39 40-44, 45-49, 50-54,55-59 60-64, 65-69, 70-74, 75-79, 80&over

 

Kid's Fun Run will start at 7:45 am. Once everyone is back from the fun run we will start the 5k/10k run in waves. 
 Total distance for Kid's Fun Run is half of a mile. It will be an out and back course. 

Parking : The Pirates Run this year will be at Huntington State Beach on Beach Blvd and Pacific Coast Hwy so you get to experience a new beach course there . And you are within walking distance to restaurants . Plus , hourly parking meters on the streets if you don’t want to pay $15 to get in the park. And there’s a private lot right on the corner of Beach and PCH.
