Villa Maria Elementary School is pleased to invite you to participate in the VME Smile Mile on Saturday, September 17th at Villa Maria Campus (2551 West 8th Street, Erie, PA 16505). The Smile Mile is a 1-mile, untimed walk / run for children up-to 14 years of age, along with parents and friends. Children (and participating parents / friends) are encouraged to wear white, as they will be doused with color along the walk!

This is a fun event, and will include things like a children’s chalk walk, a DJ, snacks, and more! Bring last year’s t-shirt to tie-dye it. This event will take place rain or shine and is open to the public. Registration will take place at 9am and the walk will start at 10am.

Registration fee is $20 per person and includes a t-shirt.

The VME Smile Mile is a kid’s version of the Color Run. This is an un-timed, 1 mile walk / run on the Villa Maria Campus. Throughout the Smile Mile, participants will be doused with color. This is a fun event promoting a healthy lifestyle, and will include things like a children’s chalk walk, a DJ, snacks, and more. The event will take place rain or shine and is open to the public. Cost is $20 to participate, and the registration fee includes a t-shirt.

(Pre-registration for this event is not required, but we cannot guarantee a t-shirt after September 1st.)
