Tie Dye 5K Run/Walk - Grand Prairie

This run benefits Gage Overton Memorial Fund and their mission to fund childhood cancer research locally. Gage Overton was diagnosed with a rare cancer called synovial sarcoma when he was 16-years-old and a junior in high school. He endured chemotherapy, radiation, and multiple surgeries and went into remission his senior year but relapsed the following year and tragically passed away September 23, 2017. Gage graduated from Dubiski Career High School in 2016 where he was an advanced placement student in the engineering pathway. He had a love for cars and drifting, performance mechanics, anime, and spending time with friends and family. He was a witty, fun-spirited young man who also happened to have an affinity for wearing tie dye. The first 200 runners/walkers to register will receive a tie dye shirt!
