About the event
The Capital City Striders and Fastscore Productions are happy to produce the first annual Tortoise and Hare Fun Walk-Run at Southwind Park. This event is walker (Tortoise) and walk/jog/run (Hare) friendly and will include a wave start for Tortoises and Hares. Finisher medals will be given out for the Tortoise wave as well as for the Hare wave.
Plan to bring your children to participate! We will have also have a fun run for kids in the north side great circle and they will earn a finisher's medal as well.
