Train like the Green 5k

Come support the men and women of the U.S. Border Patrol on October 5, 2019 at Rock Creek Park in Washington, D.C.  Runners/Walkers can participate in the first wave and run/walk a straight 5k. Participants that choose later wave times will hit checkpoints along the route and meet our volunteer PT instructors who will guide you through calisthenics. Spend the morning training like the green! 

First wave is 7:00 and each subsequent wave will go off every 10 minutes until 8:00
