Tri Greenville Triathlon & Duathlon

This is an early-season triathlon and duathlon that is well suited as a training event for the seasoned athlete as well as an entry-level distance for those who are just deciding to plunge into their first event.  There will be an adult sprint triathlon & duathlon with a first wave start at 8 a.m. and two youth divisions (1) U-15 (ages 11-15) and (2) U-10 (7-10) with a first wave start at 11:15 a.m.  The event is centered on Greenville's beautiful Baldwin Lake and features a unique spectator experience from an elevated viewpoint above the lake and transition area on and along the Fred Meijer Flat River Trail.  The entire swim, transition, bike-in, 1/2 mile of the run, and the finish line can all be viewed from a single vantage point.  

The Tri Greenville Team has developed a detailed safety protocol that exceeds the COVID-19 safety recommendations and mass gathering restrictions and is prepared to make the necessary adjustments as needed. In the best-case scenario, we will be in a low-risk phase by June 5, 2021, and registration will be limited to 250 athletes.  However, if COVID-19 risks spike, we may have to reduce athlete capacity to as low as 126.  Entry will be awarded on a first-come basis.  Refunds and/or deferments will be issued if capacity limits are further reduced and we are unable to accommodate everyone who registers.  We appreciate your confidence in us and your understanding as we navigate these crazy times.
