TVR (Titus Van Rijn)1 Hour Track Run

It is time for the 3rd Annual Tri-Cities Runners TVR 1 hour track run!! Meet us at Science Hill Track a little before 6pm on Monday, June 11. We will run around the track for 1 hour and enjoy going in circles with each other. 
Tony plans to be there to test out the timing unit (practice for Sugar Hollow Scramble on June 16th), so he will be able to keep track of our laps. 
After the 1 hour run, we will toast our accomplishment of completing another TVR run with some Black Cherry Soda!
The TVR run occurs nationwide between May 1st (May Day) and June 14th (Flag Day). All ages are welcome. All paces are welcome. Come run or walk for an hour. Invite your friends!! Please register if you are coming, so Tony can plan for the timing unit and I can get enough Black Cherry Soda!! See you Monday June 11!!
