Twin Cities Lung Run/Walk

T-shirts are included with your registration - this year's color is a happy orange! If you want your loved ones' names on your shirt your registration must be completed online or received by mail by July 25th in order to be printed on your t-shirt.
During your registration you may purchase a matching orange A Breath of Hope cap for $10.
The USATF course is moderately hilly on north and south ends, flat on east and west sides and consists of one loop around the lake. Participants choosing the 5K run will have chip timing by ChronoTrack and will be individually timed. The 5K Run is chip timed and the 5k walk is not timed.
