Up, Up, and Away 5K

Up Up and Away is Presented by the Findlay Striders. The UUA is a Northwest Ohio classic race! 2017 is our 15th year!!!! This event is held in conjunction with the Findlay Flag City Balloon Fest (Hot Air Balloons) and every dollar raised goes directly to Hancock County Special Olympics. Many participants come for the race and stay for the Balloon Fest. As always, our staging area will be on the South Side of Emory Adams Park in Findlay, OH (off 6th street) near the baseball diamonds. Our race course is flat and fast! A PERFECT opportunity to check your fitness progress for a fall marathon or tune up for Cross Country season. Our race course is certified, and chip timing will be utilized. We continue to start at 8:00 in the morning to "beat the heat" that is sure to come!

New this year, participants 21 years of age and older will receive 1 complimentary drink ticket to the beer garden being hosted by Cancer Patient Services.

For the safety of all participants, no pets, rollerblades, or bicycles will be permitted on the course. All registrations are non-refundable and non transferable.
