Spring in the MatSu Valley... can you think of a better reason to get out there and kick off the racing season with a bang? Come celebrate the beginning of longer daylight, milder weather, less snow and ice, and just all thing beautiful Alaska summer with us.
What's your distance? Valley Thaw Out Races offers you the option of 5k, 10k, or half marathon! All three events start and finish at Machetanz Elementary. Staggered start times ensure most runners won't feel alone out there. Did we mention the views of the mountains framing the Valley and the uniqueness of the Palmer Hay Flats views?
