VermilliRUN 5k

VermilliRUN is a 5K run/walk race event that takes participants through the streets of the Vermillion Community in Huntersville, NC. The event is in honor of Brian Bowman, a beloved member of the Vermillion community who passed away from bone cancer in 2014.

Each year a local charity is selected to be the beneficiary of all race proceeds. For our 2020 race, all proceeds from pre-race fundraising events and the 5K run/walk race event will benefit Claire’s Army, dedicated to serving families fighting childhood cancer by supporting their daily responsibilities and allowing them to put time and focus on their child. www.ClairsArmy.org

Since our inaugural race in 2018, VermilliRUN has raised $60,271.63 for our local charity partners!

We run to raise awareness for local charities. We run to support and honor our friends, families and community. We run for those who no longer can.
