Viking 5K - Commercial Point

Join us on May 21, 2019, for the fifth annual Viking 5K run/walk. All Scioto Elementary students in grades 3, 4, and 5 and Teays Valley West Middle School  students are invited to participate along with family members (that are not of school-age). 

This year, all proceeds from the annual Viking 5k Fun Run will be donated to Touched by Cancer. Touched by Cancer is a local charity founded by Teays Valley graduate P.J. Tosca and Sharon Jeanneret. The mission of Touched by Cancer is to provide oncologic massage, yoga, relaxation therapies, and education to those touched by cancer with the purpose of empowering individuals to create the optimum conditions for improved healing of the mind, body, and spirit at no cost to cancer patients. Our goal is to present a meaningful donation to this organization while uniting our community in a fun way that promotes health and well being.
