Viking 5K Fun Run/Walk

Be a Viking and help Conquer Myasthenia Gravis! 

Bring your warrior helmets, horns, beards, and braids for this year’s Viking 5K Fun Run/Walk and Kids Dash. All proceeds support Conquer Myasthenia Gravis. Going strong for 47 years, Conquer MG has given support, information, advocacy, and research funding to those struggling with the rare autoimmune disease. 

ONLINE REGISTRATION CLOSES Thursday, May 30, 5pm Central time. REGISTRATION on event day: $40, $18 per child. Register by Tueday, May 7, to guarantee you get a shirt, and that it's the correct size.

EVENT DAY SCHEDULE: Registration opens 7:15 a.m., Welcome 8:00 a.m., 5K begins  8:15 a.m., Walk starts 8:30 a.m., Kids Dash starts 9:30 a.m.
